A Perfect Meal

I’m going to imagine a perfect meal in a bizarre and maybe impossible place in the world. I’m in Machu Picchu in Peru’, so I’m in Incas village built 3439 years ago, and located on 8000 ft high in the mountains. Watching a magnificent sunset, I’m so rounded in a unique silence. There is nobody in this mysterious place, just me and my Spanish chef. I give him the order of a special Peruvian dish. I drink a glass of best Peruvian wine, and enjoy the silence and the sunset view. I see only beautiful high mountains and the blue sky around me. For appetizer, the chef grills some kind of pink shrimp marinated in white wine and purple coral, and serves them with some special red seaweed and some pieces of small tomatoes called “ pomodorini ciliegine”, a kind of tomato find in South of Italy and South America. For main dish, he boils a big potato in water and then he makes a kind of meat-souse with some ground meet of quail with a little finely chopped parsley and garlic. After all, he adds a little milk, salt and hot chili pepper. At the end, he puts the prepared meet-souse inside the potato and decorates it with some slice of red onions, and a few black bean puree’. Could you imagine how great and pleasing that is? It is a really nice dream!
